"A Century of Musical Magic" now an Indie Book Award Winner!
Date: May 11, 2011
As part of the celebration of our first 100 years, the Greeley Philharmonic Orchestra proudly released "The Greeley Philharmonic Orchestra: A Century of Musical Magic." This beautiful book documents the history of the longest-running orchestra in the Rocky Mountain Region and the community that helped propel the orchestra to such an amazing feat.

That book has recently been granted an
Indie Book regional award. The Next Generation Indie Book Awards recognizes top publications from not-for-profit organizations. This prestigious award is presented by the
Independent Book Publishing Professionals Group in over 60 categories. The awards banquet will be held in New York at the historic Plaza Hotel, and two of the seven authors, Ron Edgerton and Emily Kemme and publisher Judy Joseph of Paros Press, plan to attend.
This award is greatly appreciated, and recognizes the hard work of the authors who volunteered their time over the last two years to create such an amazing piece.
